Robert Jenson once again eloquently articulates the problem with Georgie-Boy. I couldn’t have said it better myself and I understand exactly the kind of bumbling success that Jensen refers to. I’ve seen it in the various law firms where I work. Where I am looked down on simply because of my status in the firm as a “lowly” clerical worker by lawyers who, despite at least seven years of undergraduate and graduate school, may or may not be smarter than I am. Who got where they were in life not because of what they know but because of who they know. Society hasn’t changed much since Quest for Fire, has it?
